Refund Policy

We want Sentence to feel fair and simple.

If you purchase sentence Plus and are not happy with it, contact us and we will try to help.

1. 14-day refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. After 14 days

Refund requests made after 14 days may still be reviewed case by case, but they are not guaranteed.

We may still offer a refund where there is a clear technical issue, accidental duplicate purchase, billing problem, or other reasonable concern.

3. What happens after a refund

If a refund is issued, your paid access may be removed.

For example, if you purchased sentence Plus and receive a refund, you may lose access to the higher daily translation allowance.

Refunding paid access does not upload, transfer, delete, or change your local imported files. Imported files remain on your device because imports are a free local feature, but paid translation features may no longer be available.

4. Local files

Imported books and documents are stored locally on your device.

Sentence does not upload your imported files to Sentence servers.

Because imported files are local, refunds or account changes do not give Sentence access to your files and do not create server backups of your files.

5. Paddle billing support

Payments may be processed by Paddle.

Paddle may handle checkout, tax, receipts, invoices, refunds, billing records, and customer portal/payment support.

In some cases, Paddle may process the refund after we approve or initiate it.

6. Subscriptions

sentence Plus is a recurring monthly subscription.

You can cancel through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically refund payments already made unless required by law or approved under this Refund Policy.
